Moving Contact Fully Automatic Braided Wire Welding Machine

Copper Braided Wire Welding Machine

Product Description

1. Utilizes a self-developed medium-frequency inverter power supply, ensuring energy conservation and environmental protection.

2. Utilizes FESTO and SMC pneumatic components, a Mitsubishi PLC, and a Schneider touchscreen, improving weld quality and enhancing machine stability.

3. The machine features transformer internal temperature rise detection, cooling water flow detection, and compressed air inlet pressure detection. The welding pressure is controlled by an electric proportional valve, ensuring long-term, efficient operation.

4. Servo-controlled length setting and wire pulling ensure consistent and stable weld lengths, making adjustments for workpieces of varying lengths easy.

5. The main welding pressure mechanism can be operated with either a pneumatic cylinder or a servo electric cylinder.

6. The aluminum profile frame offers an elegant appearance and is safe and convenient to operate.

7. The machine is equipped with a post-weld shaping mechanism, allowing the riveted parts to have different shapes after shaping, facilitating subsequent processing.

8. The copper wire is fully melted and formed into a dense, solid shape, free of burrs, flash, and discoloration.

Copper Braided Wire Forming and Welding Machine Features

1. Utilizes a medium-frequency welding power source, resulting in low energy consumption and effective cost reduction.

2. Short welding time, stable weld quality, high production efficiency, and minimal weld surface oxidation.

Currently, the smallest model can weld each wire in 2-3 seconds, producing approximately 1,500 wires per hour. This significantly improves production efficiency, allowing a single operator to simultaneously operate 3-4 units.

3. Utilizes an automatic feeding system, ensuring precise cutting positions and suitable for the production of various copper braided wire specifications.

4. The entire machine utilizes a PLC control system with a human-machine interface for convenient and reliable operation, providing intuitive operation status.

5. Utilizes high-performance components, ensuring stable and reliable welding quality. Features include power indicator, overheat protection, and welding parameter display and recording.

6. Compared to competing welding machines, the current is more stable, resulting in a solid weld without frayed wires, blackening, or discoloration. Copper Braided Wire Forming and Welding Machine Application: This medium-frequency copper braided wire welding machine is designed for automated welding, forming, cutting, and stock removal of copper braided wire. Its unique automatic feed and stock removal system accurately welds, forms, and cuts copper braided wire of varying specifications. The resulting products exhibit minimal oxidation, a smooth, aesthetically pleasing cut surface, and consistent quality, making them widely used in the production of various electrical switches.
